The Art of Project Management (Theory in Practice) by Scott Berkun. Highly insightful, and I'll be adding a copy of the revised second edition (Making Things Happen: Mastering Project Management) to the house reference library.
OK, it was authored back in the 1960s - a time of mainframes, batch-jobs, card-decks, 128Kbytes of memory handling 500 users - but the principles are still as valid as ever.
