Pan's Labyrinth has been nominated for six oscars. Might be old news, but I'd just heard about it.

In other news, Battlestar Galactica will have a movie between seasons three and four; we're also told that some of the cast will not survive season three ... no word on if the movie is for Sci-Fi channel or general theatrical release.

The weather service was calling for up to two inches of snow above 1,500 feet last night; we're well below that and just got drizzle.
