Turkey Chili
16 Feb 2014 08:06 amOK, as part of DF's diet plan, I made chili based on ground turkey last night.
The best way I can describe it is tepid. For all the contribution the ground turkey brought to the chili, I could have used oatmeal as a base instead. Not bad, just very lacking.
So I'm asking - does anybody have suggestions on how to make turkey chili taste more like proper chili, without losing the whole point of using turkey in the first place?
