Turkey ...

dark_fang was going to be out of town on Thanksgiving, so we had our turkey & dressing feast a week ago.
Tonight I had yet another large plate of turkey & dressing -- a twenty-pound bird split between basically only one person lasts a long time -- and I'm officially burned out on turkey. The rest of the bird will be bagged and transferred to the deep freeze.
