That's a really good article. Just over a month ago I was in a Walmart buying canning jars to put up some of the 200+ cucumbers I harvested over the summer. I started noticing all of the items that people had heaped into their carts. Very few had fresh fruits and vegetables. All I saw was pre-packaged and processed garbage. One mother had can after can of Spagheti-os. I was thinking how much cheaper it would have been to buy a big bag of pasta and a big jar of sauce.
