OK, I have beat my head against this (again) all morning when I should be doing something more creative.

It's pretty simple -- I have several one-of videos that are not found on any scraper. I'd like to have XBMC pick them up and add them to its library database.

I have dug through the XBMC forums and found that the same question has been asked multiple times, without a clear (or, often any) answer being given. I've tried adding .nfo files as per XBMC's wiki and several forum posts without any luck.

Does anybody reading this have a nice, simple example that works? I've even saved out the library and copy-pasted in an .nfo file that works for another episode, renaming it as per the wiki, and nada. Shoot, I've even copied an episode from another show and its nfo file and XBMC doesn't see it.

Obviously there's something so bleeding obvious to the devs that it isn't noted in the wiki.

EDIT: I can get it to work - easily - as a movie, but I'm trying to get it under TV Shows where I can at least stick them under a sub-group.
