MasterChef: Australia
We're working our way through the second season right now and enjoying it. The feeling is completely different from the American cooking reality shows -- not that we don't enjoy Ramsay ranting, but MasterChef: Australia is both more ordinary and more invigorating than Hell's Kitchen.
We'll still watch what Ramsay & Fox do with the Americanized MasterChef that's about to start, but I think it's going to be far more confrontational because that's what the TV execs think the public wants. I don't think we'll get 80 episodes in one season, either.
EDIT: MasterChef: Australia home page -- but be warned, it has a huge spoiler for who wins season 2.
