Done, and done. After the latest round of asshattery over the use of, well, use names -
tugrik getting banned - I have deleted my Google plus account.
Yes, I'm being grumpy. I don't mind the information gathering that Google does as their business model. I actually like having targeted ads (well, when they work). But refusing to call me by my "commonly known as" name while tracking me is just insulting -- especially if I told Google my name was "Thomas Smyth" (a totally fictitious handle) they would have no problems with that.
Google plus has burned through all the goodwill that Google had built up with me over the years.
