Focus on the Family defines "Christian"

In response to a statement from James Dobson (founder of Focus on the Family) about former Senator Fred Thompson ("I don't think he's a Christian; at least that's my impression"), a Focus on the Family spokesman came forward to clarify Dobson's statement.

"We use that word -- Christian -- to refer to people who are evangelical Christians."

Of course! If you're not an evangelical Christian, you're not a real Christian. I should have known. (sarcasm off)
