Stan Berenstain, co-creator and continuing co-author and co-artist of the many, many Berenstain Bears children's books, passed away this last Saturday.

*Blink* Whoa... That was sudden! And not one mention anywhere in the media, either, by what I could see.... (then again the Thanksgiving mess was upon us and thus it was probably missed in the mess)
