Otherwise, we hit the Gilroy Garlic Festival as they opened this morning. The folks from Amici's East Coast Pizzeria were sponsoring the flamboyant cooking ... the flames were intentional and repeated every few minutes.

 | Yes, we had chocolate-garlic ice cream, several varieties of garlic and toast combos, garlic jelly beans, garlic salmon, mushroom caps stuffed with garlic, garlic sausage, garlic chicken stir-fry and a big plate of spicy garlic crawfish washed down with champagne. I taught dark_fang how to suck the crawfish heads.I know several other furs were talking about going, but we never saw y'all in the crowds. We did forget to return to this happy gentleman to try his BBQ ribs. |
