One variant is the Crayfish Seafood Deluxe (crayfish, scallops, shrimp, clams, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and Thousand Island sauce). Apparently Salmon is involved as well, though I'm not clear on if it's in the with the cream cheese or as a topping.
