Stan Berenstain, co-creator and continuing co-author and co-artist of the many, many Berenstain Bears children's books, passed away this last Saturday.

The new picture of the week is up.
Part of the fake blood on Brian was Karo syrup - and after we got him positioned, he was quickly noticed by the Texas scourge, the fire ant. We shot ten pictures, reposing between them, in less than five minutes :)
And, yes, it should have been a lot bloodier with someone ripped in half and torn open. The ants found Brian while we were still bloody-ing him up, so we rushed.
