Texas Marches On

The author of the just-passed poorly written anti-same-sex marraige amendment has announced the next target for legislative morality - divorce.

He criticized the current "free for all" no-fault divorce law, which allows couples to divorce because of "incompatibility" and "irreconcilable differences."
