Beginning on the first of next year, any White Wolf based LARP that collects any money from the players, be it reinbursement for renting the playing area or food up through actual fees ('tickets') for playing, will be required to license themselves and all their players through White Wolf's Camarilla. Basically, that's another $20/year/person for Camarilla membership under the Camarilla Troupe License, plus restrictions on what can & can't be done by your troupe.
Camarilla-troupe LARPs are not allowed to have minors as particpants. Any sort of custom merchandise - logos, t-shirts, etc. - that are used/sold by the Troupe must be approved by White Wolf Studios. You may only collect a per-event fee, no membership fees. You must allow any Camarilla member to play in any event.
LARPs that do not collect any money from their players are not required to have Camarilla memberships.
