Haunted Houses open this season

Asking for some help this season - I maintain a list of existing (and closed, for that matter) haunted attractions in the Western PA / Eastern OH area. Under the cut is a map & list of attractions that I know of. If you know of any others - or would like to comment on one of known ones - please do so in the comments.

Ah I've been to many of those places..seeing as I am from and have been back in good ol WV lol. One you should add is the Weston Insane Asylum (I can't think of its proper "hospital" name at the moment) It is a very scary place where a lot of horrible things happened. Although I do see Rich's Fright Farm…sadly that has gone way down hill in the past few years in the way of entertaining/scaring people and they have made it exceedingly expensive.

Rich's Fright Farm - yeah, I think they're missing their price point for the audience at $25. Their pricing is also unusually byzantine, with several specific discounts on different nights and different minimum group requirements for VIP tickets on different nights, all buried in the fine print.

The asylum and the State Pen are my two favorites :). The Pen will do flashlight tours as well as all night self guided tours on Halloween as well as any Friday the 13th. A lot of history and it is a very intimidating place, I've done the flashlight tour before and it was pretty intense =P The asylum I've went to only once since it actually scared me being inside the place. The 7 gates of Hell is "fun" as well if you're adventurous enough lol. A few of my friends and I did it a few years ago. There is one I remember, not sure if it's an actual "attraction" but it's a part of local lore called The Three Witches Hill (or a variation of that). I haven't been there yet but I really want to see it. On certain nights of the year three women are said to appear there specially around Halloween and the solstices. They were local witches, but I need to read up on the stories and history of it since some seems based on historic facts and some as local lore is told as stories. =P
