Heh - my first impression from that earlier video is that the suit was fitted for one performer, and then they had to use a different performer for the show with little warning. He's moving slowly because he's (1) popping the armor straps and they really, really didn't want a "costume malfunction," and/or (2) it's the first time he's worn the suit and he can tell it's a bit small on him ...
