Red Velvet Pancakes -- I gotta make a batch. A big batch, and freeze 'em for later :)

Neat. :) Red food coloring, though? So they're basically just colored pancakes?

(Still a nice novelty, and pancakes are always nice, anyway, but they'd be even nicer if the red was due to an actual ingredient.)
