ysengrinSame problem we had last year -- none of the "help me" or advice links work. Other folks are having the problem this year, too. Obviously it's not widespread, but Intuit's boilerplate "we're working to resolve it ... We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused" is wearing a bit thin after two years of a major function of their package being DOA for some users.
At least TurboTax personal's links work this year :)
