Unwashed fanbois apparently knew something the rest of us didn't - Taking regular showers could pose a health risk and even result in permanent brain damage.

May I still suggest a tub of water and soap?

(Side note: some of us are indeed tubless, and will continue to risk our brain function by taking those hedonistic hot showers.)

On a more serious note to those of us who haunt - will this open the door to lawsuits about using water-mist fog?

EDIT: Yes, I was being sarcastic, and I'm not worried about buildups of manganese in my brain. I do have a faint worry that someone who makes their living cashing in on borderline and frivilous lawsuits will use the study as a basis for suing someone like MEE fog systems because they're dispersing a harmful aqueous mixture (filtered tap water) as an aerosol. Or more to the point, suing someone using a water-mist fog system - or a humidifer.
