I was quite surprised to find a quick search didn't show up more than a few folk using the name/phrase "Sneaky Snek", and an empty "Know Your Meme" page.

Are those cheeks bulging with jaw muscle? They do seem quite prominent, but I'm very far from a herpetologist. ^_^
