China pulls Avatar from screens early ...

Hong Kong’s Apple Daily said the state-run China Film Group had instructed cinemas nationwide to stop showing the ordinary [non-3D] version of Avatar from January 23 on orders from Beijing’s propaganda czars ... Popular views of the film as an allegory for predatory property developers across China may not have gone down well with the Propaganda Department in Beijing.

From the Times Online.

It makes sense if the goal is to stop piracy (given that you can't camcording 3D movie!).

Oh China is just pissed that Cameron chose to make the Na'vi resemble blue leopards, and NOT pandas...that cuts in on the China toy trade, and now Beijing is all pissy.
It prolly got calls from the minister of cute fluffy movie animals or something whining about now they have no market in the west and they can't compete with the tie in rights effetively.

Humans are just funny in the way
they handle life among themselves
......THEY CAN'T!(generally speaking)

I thought AVATAR explained to those who don't
understand what goes on in life, that this is how the
corporate sector authorities and their associates work
against the common people, and those who are not as
advanced socially.
Notice the csa reacting via China this time....!!!?
What's next....Whose next?
