I remember tons of things closed on Sunday, and the liquor sections of stores having to be totally separate so that you couldn't get in there Before a certain time on Sunday.
I also remember the Wagon Wheel, which was a large successful nightspot because of it's ability to sell alcholol on Sunday at all. When they changed it to before noon, the Wagon Wheel's popularity plummeted...and it became a haunted building. (That people KEEP setting fire to...)
Personally, I think it's goofy to have laws like that. But hey, if it means I can buy office supplies at drug stores...it's cool in the past.
