Damn. I'd been wanting to arrange a trip down there to ride the old Dentzel carousel. Oh well, the Dentzel is something that likely won't be dismantled, but will find a new home elsewhere.
I love old carousels. I grew up with the old PTC on Santa Monica Pier -- one of my places to visit on every trip I make out to L.A.
